AdsPilot Trust Center

Clear controls around Amazon data and every automated decision.

This public overview explains the customer-facing safeguards without publishing internal security details that could weaken them.

Understandable data flow

From authorization to a controlled decision.

STEP 1

You authorize access

AdsPilot uses official Amazon Ads API and SP-API authorization. We do not ask for your Amazon password.

STEP 2

Data enters a separated account scope

Marketplace, profile, Seller ID and tenant boundaries remain attached to the information used for a decision.

STEP 3

Rules evaluate readiness

Freshness, missing inputs, contradictory evidence, permissions and customer-defined safeguards can block a recommendation or action.

STEP 4

You remain in control

Observe, Recommend, Approval and verified Guarded Automation are selected per workflow. Authorization can be revoked.

Access and roles

Authentication, scoped permissions and named reviewers separate viewing, preparation and approval. Four-eyes control is available in Growth for supported workflows.

Retention and deletion

Data is retained only for the stated service, contract, security or legal purpose and under applicable Amazon requirements. Customers can request deletion and revoke Amazon authorization.

Safe degradation

Missing, stale or conflicting data lowers readiness. Affected workflows should pause or require review instead of continuing on an unsafe assumption.

What AdsPilot publicly commits to

Questions about data processing or deletion can be sent through the contact page. Contractual documents such as a DPA or individual security review are provided where applicable.
